Payment options for easy enrolment

At United Colleges of Australia we provide a range of easy and flexible payment options to help you complete your dream course.

You can pay for yourself, via a nominated third party (e.g. your employer). We also offer the option for financial assistance to help you cover your fees, including smart & skilled subsidised courses.

We offer flexible payment plans to suit your needs. Please enquire with our enrolment team.

Payments may be made:

  • When your enrolment is complete, and you have paid the applicable fees as per your payment plan, you will be entitled to:
  • attend/participate in training;
  • complete assessments;
  • receive educational awards;
  • use United Colleges of Australia amenities and services;

Paying fees in instalments:

To help manage the cost of your study, United Colleges of Australia offers a range payment options, such as payment by instalments. This means you make small regular payments. Your first payment is required to confirm your enrolment in the course.

Funding and financial assistance:

Here at United Colleges of Australia we offer options for funding and financial assistance so you can complete your course and start your new career.

Opportunities include:

  • Smart & Skilled subsidised courses

To access government-subsidised training at United Colleges of Australia, you must be:

  • an Australian citizen or meet the criteria of being an Australian permanent resident, a humanitarian visa holder, or a New Zealand citizen;
  • aged 15 years or older;
  • no longer be at school;
  • living or working in NSW;

When you enrol in a government-subsidised course you will be required to pay the Smart and Skilled student fee, unless you qualify for a fee exemption or fee concession.

If you are not a resident of NSW or working within NSW, you have the option of paying the fee-for-service course fee.

Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students who live or work within NSW and who live at identified postcodes which border NSW shall have access to government subsidised training places in United Colleges of Australia.

Eligibility for Smart and Skilled – NSW government subsidised training – is available to humanitarian visa holders, and has been extended to individuals who hold a bridging visa, temporary humanitarian stay visa or temporary humanitarian concern visa commencing training on or after 1 January 2017.

Eligibility for Smart and Skilled - NSW government subsidised training - is available to registered home-schooled students whose training commences on or after 1 January 2017.

Please note that accessing government funding from Smart and Skilled may affect your future funding options and eligibility for further government subsidised training under Smart and Skilled Program.
